While messing around with the practice kit, the distinctive sound of an ABF Freight truck came rumbling down the road. Sure enough, the kit arrived! After man handling the crate off the truck (too long for the lift gate), I got the crate on to some Harbor Freight furniture dollys and rolled it into the garage.

I decided to take N124KB for its first ride.

Inventory started immediately with Kirsten organizing the paperwork

Unwrapping parts was better than Christmas morning

The only thing out of whack was one of the parts, a J-stiffner, p/n F-01486C-R, (R for right) was duplicated and there was no F-01486C-L (L for left) part. I will submit a claim to Van’s over the weekend.

The plans came in a large envelope, and the very first set of instructions we had to figure out was how to load the set of plans into the included binder. I must say, the plans are almost a work of art. Very detailed and very clear.
